    Royal Nationwide Limousines - Reservation Agreement

    Thank you for choosing Royal Nationwide Limousines! We are dedicated to providing a luxurious and seamless travel experience. Please take a moment to review the following terms and conditions to ensure a smooth and enjoyable service.


    1. Booking Confirmation & Payment Schedule:

    Upon booking, a deposit will be required to secure your reservation. This deposit will be applied toward the total cost of your service. The remaining balance must be paid in full 30 days prior to the service date. For your convenience, payments will be automatically processed using the card on file. If you need to cancel your reservation, please submit your cancellation request in writing to info@royallimosusa.com. Please note that all payments made are non-refundable and non-transferable due to the preparation and scheduling involved in securing your booking.


    2. Vehicle Care & Damage Responsibility:

    We kindly ask that you and your guests treat our vehicles with care. You will be held responsible for any damages caused by you or your party during the reservation. This includes physical damage to upholstery, glassware, electronics, or fixtures in the vehicle. Damage Fees: $150 per burn mark on carpets or seats, and $300 minimum for cleaning due to spills or bodily fluids. Smoking Policy: Smoking inside the vehicle is strictly prohibited. A fee of $300 will apply for violations.


    3. Alcohol & Drug Use:

    For safety and legal reasons, alcohol is only permitted if all passengers are 21 years of age or older. Any illegal drug use or underage drinking will result in immediate termination of the service without a refund.


    4. Chauffeur & Safety Guidelines:

    Our chauffeurs are trained to ensure your safety and comfort. Passengers must remain seated while the vehicle is in motion, and standing through the sunroof is not permitted by law. If at any time the chauffeur feels that safety is at risk due to passenger behavior, they reserve the right to end the service without a refund.


    5. Overtime & Extended Service:

    Each booking includes a complimentary 10-minute grace period beyond the scheduled end time. After this period, overtime charges will apply, based on the hourly rate agreed upon at booking. Please note that overtime is billed in full-hour increments and will be charged to the credit card on file. To avoid scheduling conflicts, we recommend requesting any additional time in advance.


    6. Unforeseen Delays & Traffic:

    While we strive to provide punctual and efficient service, traffic, weather conditions, and other unforeseen events may cause delays. Royal Nationwide Limousines is not responsible for delays beyond our control, and no refunds will be issued in such cases. We advise clients to allow extra travel time when necessary.


    7. Vehicle Substitutions:

    In the rare event of a mechanical issue or other unforeseen circumstances, Royal Nationwide Limousines reserves the right to provide a substitute vehicle of equal or greater value. We will notify you as soon as possible if such a change is required.


    8. Lost Property:

    We encourage all passengers to double-check the vehicle for personal items before leaving. Royal Nationwide Limousines is not responsible for any items left behind after the service.


    9. Weather Policy:

    In case of severe weather conditions that jeopardize safety, Royal Nationwide Limousines reserves the right to reschedule the service. Deposits will be held for future use in such instances.

    By confirming your reservation and using our services, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the terms and conditions outlined above. We look forward to providing you with exceptional service!


    Cardholder Acceptance: I read the contract and I accept the terms and conditions outlined above, including the payment terms, cancellation policy, and liability waiver. I understand that all payments made are non-refundable and non-transferable.
